On March 1st, 2013 we officially launched our new website and transitioned our name from UV Cards to Primo Cards. You will need to create a new account to place an order.
To view your past UV Cards orders or invoices, you can access your old UV Cards account at: http://orders.uvcards.com using your old UV Cards login and password.
What has changed:
Our Name: UV Cards has grown over the past decade and now offers a larger variety of finishes and products. For that reason we have transitioned our domain and company name to Primo Cards.
Our Web Site: Our new web site has literally hundreds of new features (too many to list them all). Live order status updates, online file inspection and proofing, responsive web design for your tablets and smartphones, the option to blind ship your orders direct to your clients, new integrated online designer and so much more.
Products: Primo Cards is expanding our product lineup with thousands of new products. Look for new products to be added weekly!
What has not changed:
Customer Service: Our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service is unwavering.
Made in the USA and Canada: All of our products are produced in the United States and Canada. We never outsource orders to overseas suppliers, ensuring the highest possible quality.
Existing Orders placed at uvcards.com
Any order that was placed into production prior to March 2nd, will be processed without delay or interruption. These order will continue to receive status updates and tracking information from UV Cards.
Orders placed at uvcards.com will not be accessible on the primo cards website. We will maintain an internal database of all accounts, previous orders and files. Please contact us If you have questions regarding previous orders.
Orders that have not begun production or our waiting for files may be canceled and refunded so that you can place the order on our new website. If your order is canceled you will be notified via email and directed to the new website to place your new order.
